Police: Vehicle strikes Richland Township Arby's

A man crashed his vehicle into the Arby's restaurant on Scalp Avenue on Sunday when the accelerator pedal became stuck, Richland Township police said.

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – A man crashed his vehicle into the Arby's restaurant on Scalp Avenue on Sunday when the accelerator pedal became stuck, Richland Township police said.

The Toyota Highlander struck the side of the building at 6 p.m.

An employee at Arby's said that the restaurant's drive-thru is open Tuesday.

No injuries were reported, although a customer inside was hit by broken glass, police said.
